Creating a Safe Environment

Creating a Safe Environment (CASE) is a mandate from the bishops of the United States.  Bishop Clark continues to be a strong advocate for ensuring the safety of those most defenseless in our society, our children and vulnerable adults.

All employees of the Rochester Diocese must sign and abide by a Code of Conduct, attend a workshop on Sexual Abuse and give permission for a criminal and sex offender record check. 

This would include all our volunteers who assist with youth or parish programs.

Workshops will be given throughout the year at our parish as well as numerous parishes and schools throughout the diocese. Please check back for dates or check at dor.org.
