Adult Altar Servers
Assist the priest and deacon and prepare the church and altar for morning mass and funerals. Open to all adult women and men.
Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion
Distribute Holy Communion at Sunday Mass and Daily Mass. Training is provided and mass preference is considered when making assignments.
Lectors
For Sunday Mass, the lectors will proclaim the First and Second Reading. For Daily Mass, one lector will proclaim the First Reading and also the Responsorial Psalm. Training is provided and mass preference is considered when making assignments.
Liturgy Committee
Team of parishioners who work within liturgical guidelines to prepare parish liturgies and the environment for these liturgies. Members also include a representative from the Music Ministry, Ushers, Decorating Ministry and Parish Staff.
Ministers to the Sick and Homebound
Women and men who bring Communion weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to homebound parishioners. Training is provided.
Parish Council
Team of Parishioners who works with the pastor to set and implement goals for the parish. Members are selected through a nominating process each spring and serve a 3-year term.
Sacristans
Team of Parishioners who prepare the church for assigned Sunday Mass and make sure there are lectors, ministers of communion, altar servers for the celebration.
Ushers
Men and women who greet people, manage seating, assist people with special needs, take up the Offertory collection and distribute bulletins.
