• Do You Need CASE Training?    

  As of 2018, all volunteers and employees (including Clergy, Seminarians, Deacons, Woman Religious, and Lay Employees) who work or volunteer in the Diocese of Rochester and its affiliated employers must complete MANDATORY training: 

  • You must complete your background check and online CASE certification before you volunteer.

   

  • Your training needs to be updated every three years.

   

  • You can complete both Background Check and CASE training online from home.

  If you have difficulties completing the online tasks please call the Parish Office at 585-352-5481 and ask for Kathy.

• Background Check

  Once you have submitted the form below, you will receive an e-mail or text message from RBA's Secure System that allows you to enter your personal information and give permission to complete a background check. RBA will notify us once it is completed.

• Adult CASE Online Training

  Instructions for completing the online portion of our CASE certification are below. This includes a series of videos and a code of conduct. We will be notified when this is complete. There is no need to print your certificate to be dropped off. We can print verification on our end.
